焦りの中で見つけた、もうひとつの道 — AI×SNSのはじめ方

きっかけ

InstagramやX、Threadsを開くたびに、「AIで○○万円」「AIで会社を辞めた」という広告が流れてくる。数年前の「SNSで起業」「SNSで自由に」と、看板だけがAIに付け替わったようにも見える。でも、その中身を全部ひとくくりに否定したいわけじゃない。実際、AIは文章構成や設計、検証、表現の段取りを、これまでとは比べ物にならないくらい効率化してくれた。参入のハードルは、確かに下がったと思う。
ただし、下がっていないハードルがひとつある。心だ。
「私にできるかな」「難しくないかな」「AIってよくわからない」。初めて触れる言葉が一度に押し寄せてきて、胸の中に小さな霧がかかる。ほんの少しの不安が、最初の一歩を何日も止めてしまう。ぼく自身、そうやって立ち止まったことが何度もある。だからこそ、最初の障壁をほどき、“できるかもしれない”を“やってみよう”に変える導線をつくりたいと思った。テクニック以前に、気持ちが前を向ける流れを、だ。

作っているときに見えたこと

偉そうなことは言えない。いちばんハードルを感じてきたのは、他ならぬぼく自身だった。高い教材を買っても手をつけられず、意気込んで開いたファイルを閉じてしまう夜。価格に関係なく、心理の重さは同じだった。そうやって立ち止まる自分を何度も見て、ようやく気づいた。人は、伴走者がいると続けられるのだと。迷っても戻れる場所があると、歩幅が小さくても前へ進める。

鍵になったのはプロンプトだ。UIはやさしく、対話はLINEのように自然だが、欲しい結果に近づくには問いの立て方がものを言う。最初の言葉が少しずれるだけで、返ってくる答えも遠くなる。だから、初期のつまずきで心が折れないように、「例文→理由→置き換え練習」の三点セットで設計した。夜更けに文章を何度も削り、差し替え、順番を入れ替えた。**“読者が迷わない順番”**を探す作業は、ぼく自身の再学習でもあった。AIに任せるのではなく、AIと並走する。その距離感が、作業を続ける力になると確信した。
